What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address, so we can prepare your order and contact you about it.
• Your delivery address, when you choose delivery.
• Your order history with us, so staff can help you when you call and so we can keep proper business records.

How we use it

We use your information only to take, prepare, deliver and support your orders, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing without your consent.

Payments

Online card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number.

Cookies and your device

We use a strictly necessary cookie for staff sign-in only. Your basket, and your details if you choose “remember my details”, are stored in your own browser and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your customer profile where we are not legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
